I know it's short notice, but can I get a custom order today? How about tomorrow?
All good things take time. All Custom Orders require a minimum of 5 day's notice. During peak celebration times (holiday, graduation, wedding season, etc) we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance. We do carry 6" Grab-and-go cakes at our North Park location, along with an assortment of treats if you require something same-day.
What would a Special Event Order consist of?
Any assortment of offerings your heart desires! For example, dessert buffets typically include a small cutting cake and a mix of bite sized desserts, so you and your guests get a taste of everything. Our larger, more elaborate themed cakes are always a showstopper. When you fill our our special event request form one of our consultants will assist you in building a menu of items best suited to your celebration!
What do custom and special event orders cost?
Exact pricing depends on the intricacy of the design, along with the size and quantities of items ordered.
Can you make something that is not listed on your current menu?
We are always perfecting and adding new ideas and recipes to our offerings and welcome your suggestions. However, crafting a gluten free version of what you have in mind takes time and testing. Send us an email and we can talk more about your ideas and what's possible.
Where do you deliver to?
Custom Orders can be delivered within the San Diego area. Send us an email for specific delivery pricing to your event venue/location.
Will you set up my desserts for me?
We can absolutely send our staff to set up your dessert station, and provide rented cake/cupcake stands and displays, for an additional fee.
Are there more cost effective options?
Of course! Our consultants can help you design the cake of your dreams within whatever your budget may be.
