Substitute this flour in your favorite recipes!  It is a 1:1 substitute, so if your recipe calls for 1 cup of gluten flour, you'll use 1 cup of this flour.  This option is VEGAN, and is excellent for subsitituion in nearly all baked goods EXCEPT for bread.
